How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Canadian/local orders may take up to a week to arrive while US orders will take around 2 weeks. Please give international orders at least a month to arrive.
Are orders tracked?
- Currently, no. Everything will be sent through standard lettermail. If you want your order to be tracked, please send me an email at embongboan [at] gmail [dot] com and I'll see what I can do for you.
What is your refund policy? What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
- Untracked orders will not be refunded and I cannot take responsibility for lost pieces. However, if an envelope is returned to my mailbox, I will contact you about the issue. If it is due to a wrong address input on your end, you are responsible to re-pay for shipping.
- If the your item is noticeably damaged (torn or significantly creased), please send me an email with photos and I will send you a replacement (you must pay for shipping).
I want a specific print from you!
- If you want a specific print from me or a print in a different size, please email me! I will most likely be able to make it for you but with a higher cost.
I like your prints but cannot afford to purchase from you. Is it possible I could purchase a high resolution image instead at a lower cost?
- Again, please contact me if you want a high-res, print ready image! Alternatively, you could just download the image from my socials and print it out yourself - all I ask is that you do not resell it.
